10 Gauge Mix is the all-purpose grade of Asphalt in a Bag for most pothole and road repairs, compacting to 25–40mm per lift. It comes in Premium Performance (87% fines) and High Performance (40% fines) versions.

This 10 Gauge Mix is a ready-to-use pre-mix bituminous mixture manufactured from selected aggregates, bitumen and a co-polymer, creating a tenacious bonding material for permanent repairs. Curing is activated by impact, and it bonds to asphalt, concrete, steel and even wood.
An all-weather repair solution: apply at -26°C and it performs just as well on hot, rainy days up to 49°C. Applied to the manufacturer’s specifications, it’s guaranteed to adhere permanently or until the surrounding pavement fails — and if it ever unravels, we replace it without a service charge.
1 × 20kg bag covers approx. 0.17 m² at 50mm depth (about 6 bags per m²). No tack coat required — drive on it immediately.
