Permanent Pothole Solutions only collects the personal information you choose to send us through our enquiry form, email or phone, and uses it solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), postcode, enquiry type and message. We also record your IP address briefly for spam and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes or product information.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form (rate limiting for one hour).
Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Enquiries are delivered by email to our team only.
Storage and security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to our business mailbox. Anti-spam records are anonymised and deleted automatically.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing admin@permanentpotholesolutions.com.au or calling 1300 789 967. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
