Asphalt in a Bag Latest Test Results Are In!

• Water Absorbance is 0.6 %
• Air Voids of 7.1 % (Importantly, below 8)

What this means is that there is less than a 1% chance of water and moisture getting into our product once it is compacted.  The gaps between the sand and stones is below 8, meaning asphalt compacted to less than 8% voids provides a non-permeable layer as the voids are not interconnected, providing greater durability from the detrimental effects of air and water.

Essentially this means it offers the same finish as hot mix!!!
